Default Costume design

Hey people!

Ive been drawing naked peoples for some time... but I think there is no point in this cause Ill be drawing peoples in costumes.... so drapery and stuff like that gets really important...

But now comes the points, where can I get inspiration or knowledge about fashion or costumes in general.... do you guys know any cool page?

Thujon, I had one bookmarked, but it looks like the site has been taken down.
anyway, keep looking around for a singular archive and I'll do the same, but it's pretty easy now to find ref if you have some specific need that comes to mind while working up a storm

hey, drawing from shops is a good idea, i never thought about that.. oO :D

to your drapery problem: i think its good to study the behavior of fabric in general, how folds are formed and where they happen (and why!), so you can apply the learned to your designs. you will not always happen to have a proper reference at hand (unless you take a photograph), so it's good to be confident working without them...

i should do this too... *searches for his sketchbook*
