Heya Jeff! Welcome to CGPad. Great place, this. Small community but growing, lots of good info and the mods got lots of stuff going on to keep your skills honed. Definitly check out the challenges, all skill levels are welcome and it's a great way to get a work out. There's a resource section chalk full of brushes, tuts, Photo refrences and the like, so yeah, lots to do. Welcome and enjoy.
Oh and if you see a leperchaun lurking around here let me know. He's stalking me and I'm gonna get to the bottom of it. ;)
