Yep, I feel the same in concerns to some of the interactive elements of the interface, Slain, which is why I'm hoping for some amount of keyboard customization added to ver. 3.

Totally agree. They could do with making the palettes re-sizeable. I actually quite like the pan/zoom tool though tbh, but refinement of it would be good. Wouldn't want them to ruin such a smooth, acurate program with heavy features. Hopefully all the tweaks will see the light of day [fingers crossed].

@ CB3 - there are keyboard shortcuts already, do you mean being able to reassign?

Hey Ian!

OK, let's say for instance that I (due to forming the habit) wanted to assign brush sizes changes to the bracket buttons, rather than having to go back to the "resize-icon", or the "B" button? (Don't remember for certain if that's it)

Just to be able to reassign some shortcuts like that would be a welcome addition to me. Even knowing that you're working in a different program, you get so accustomed to working in a certain fashion, that you sometimes have moments where you "slip" back to using shortcuts your used to from another piece of software.

There is a new Sketchbook Pro (2009) now listed at Autodesk.

If you want a low cost (US$25) alternative to SBP that has a slightly better set of natural media type brushes, take a look at ArtRage, by Ambient Design ( http://artrage.com/ ). It handles layers and blending modes, and is pretty fast. Lovely to use with a tablet. If you have Sketchbook Pro then this isn't a replacement, but it is nice to have along side it. If you can't afford Sketchbook Pro, take a close look ArtRage.
