erm no I dont think it does, finger painting at first [especially on the iPhone] is a bit awkward and unnatural but having that larger screen really helps. Also I have a couple of different styluses which help make it feel more natural in stroke making.
Ive done some random studies on it using my finger and although never going to gain me world-wide reputation [but there again nothing will lol] they are more than useable as 'roughs' if I wanted to scale up in Photoshop, having the ability to export all layers as PSD is a nice touch by the Autodesk guys.
Oh and they were all out of gravy sorry so you had to have curry instead
