Your welcome, the new lower post count restriction should be easier to attain for our newer members, the reason I have added a restriction is mainly due to me wanting the prizes to go to members who are contributing and progressing within the community. Without the restriction potentially a 'one poster' who contributes nothing or helps anyone could win.

The prizes will be choosen to help further the members of CGPAD's understanding and experience of art along with the enjoyment of being a member.

Looking through Mr Bouvier's work is pretty intimidating. Its difficult to decide how to approach this one. Characters, landscapes, environments, vehicles, architecture. He has it all covered.

Wow, really nifty challenge. I'm not gonna compete though, I've got absolutely no chance of making something that won't injure Sparth's feelings :) But I will offer myself up to help with judging or anything else that needs to be done.

what I'm looking for is for people to look at Sparths work and decide the major attributes he uses in making his artwork, does he use bold colour?, simple or abstract shapes?, photo-realistic or impressionistic style?, these along with many others is what you should ask yourself when analysing artwork.

I have just received an email confirmation that Nicolas Bouvier (Sparth) would be pleased to judge this contest.

So make sure to dust off your Wacoms, limber up your painting arms and enjoy the producing a piece of artwork that will be viewed and judge by the leading concept artist in the business. But make sure to enjoy yourselves too
